By registering an account with Metaspace Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions of use. By agreeing to these terms, Metaspace Studios reserves all rights, privileges, and responsibilities as outlined in the Disclaimer at the end of this document. Metaspace Studios reserves the right to change these terms in any way and at any time. You agree that you will periodically check for updates to these terms. You furthermore agree that you will be considered to have been given notice of any modifications once they have been posted to this website and that your continued use of Metaspace Studios services after such notice shall be deemed an acceptance of any changes.

You may NOT:

1. Create an account for a friend, family member, or associate. Each user must create their own account.
2. Sell your account, or take ownership of another's account.
3. Allow someone else to access your account.
4. Upload any pornographic, nude, grotesquely violent, offensive, inappropriate, unlawful, defamatory, harrassing, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene images or content, or post links to such content.
5. Send harassing (including sexually harassing) messages to other users.
6. Use foul, profane, pornographic, or offensive language with other users.
7. Transmit content that may be harmful to minors.
8. Illegally transmit another's intellectual property or other proprietary information without such owner's or licensor's permission.
9. Promote or encourage illegal activity.
10. Use Metaspace Studios services to violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
11. Sell, trade, resell or otherwise exploit for any unauthorized commercial purpose any account or account information or assests.
12. Send bulk unsolicited messages players or groups.
13. Interact with with Metaspace Studios servers through unauthorized or automated game clients.
14. Abuse or exploit bugs and other weaknesses within the game code.
15. Withhold knowledge about breaches of the Terms of Service from Metaspace Studios.
16. Attempt to impersonate any player or Metaspace Studios employee.
17. Use copyrighted artwork in personal avatar images, unless permission is obtained from the copyright holder..

1. Violation of these Terms of Service may result in the removal of objectionable material, restricting access to features, or disabling/deleting the violator's account.
2. Metaspace Studios reserves the right to take any applicable action without warning upon violation of this agreement as deemed suitable, including actions not listed in this document.
3. Please report all violations of this agreement to Metaspace Studios via the in-game reporting features, or at enforcement@metaspacestudios.com

Metaspace games may include a virtual, in-game currency (“Virtual Currency”) including, but not limited to Metacredits, coins, cash, or points, that may be purchased from Metaspace Studios for “real world” money if you are a legal adult in your country of residence. Games may also include virtual, in-game digital items (“Virtual Goods”) that may be purchased from Metaspace Studios for “real world” money or for Virtual Currency. Regardless of the terminology used, Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods may never be redeemed for “real world” money, goods or other items of monetary value from Metaspace Studios or any other party.

Other than a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable license to use the Virtual Goods or Virtual Currency in the games, you have no right or title in or to any such Virtual Goods or Virtual Currency appearing or originating in the games, or any other attributes associated with use of the games or stored within the games.

Metaspace Studios has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate such Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods as it sees fit in its sole discretion, and Metaspace Studios shall have no liability to you or anyone for the exercise of such rights.

Transfers of Virtual Currencies and Virtual Goods are strictly prohibited except where explicitly authorized within the games. Outside of the game, you may not buy or sell any Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods for “real world” money or otherwise exchange items for value. Any attempt to do so is in violation of these Terms and may result in a lifetime ban from Metaspace Studios services and possible legal action.

You agree that all sales of Virtual Goods and Currencies are final. No refunds will be given, except in our sole and absolute discretion. All Virtual Goods and Currencies are forfeited if your account is terminated or suspended for any reason, in Metaspace Studios' sole and absolute discretion, or if Metaspace Studios discontinues providing the games.

Metaspace Studios is not responsible for security of individual accounts, and is not responsible for any damages done to an account or disclosure of password if a third party accesses your account. In no event shall Metaspace Studios be liable to you or any third party lost profits or special, incidental, or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arising out of or in connection with your account, this site, or the Terms of Service. Metaspace Studios reserves the right to remove or ban a player or IP Address without notice from any zone, forum, or other part of the site for any reason. Metaspace Studios reserve the right to make changes to this Disclaimer, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy at our sole discretion. Metaspace Studios maintains all intellectual property rights relating to or residing on websites controlled by Metaspace Studios. All data stored on Metaspace Studios servers are considered property of Metaspace Studios, and may be altered at any time. By using Metaspace Studios services you agree and acknowledge that you shall have no ownership or other property interest in any accounts or data on Metaspace Studios servers.
